Drive sales success as a Sales Enablement Specialist with SOCi, focusing on SDR teams in a hybrid work environment. Leverage your expertise to empower sales teams through impactful training and resources.
In this pivotal role, you will enhance the performance of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) by developing training materials and coordinating sessions. Collaborate with the Head of Enablement and other teams to ensure that all resources are current and relevant. This position offers the chance to directly influence how SOCi's sales teams engage and succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create training materials, job aids, and certifications
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions
• Maintain an organized content library in CRM and LMS
• Translate product updates into sales-ready content
• Coordinate logistics for onboarding and annual training
Requirements:
• 1 year as SDR or BDR experience
• 1-3 years in sales management or enablement
• Experience in training content development
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative approach and adaptability
