- Monitor and route inbound leads to AEs
- Prepare discovery notes and organize follow-ups
- Research and execute outbound sales campaigns
- Manage pipeline data and enhance CRM practices
- Create insightful performance reports and dashboards
- At least 1 year of experience in sales development
- Proficient in Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Strong operational and organizational mindset
- Clear communication skills in both writing and speaking
- Experience in tech companies or SaaS environments
