OverviewSolink provides a cloud‑based platform that turns video cameras into intelligent sensors, enabling real‑time operational insights for businesses. This role is a Sales Account Executive focused on licensed cannabis retailers and operators in a fast‑moving, highly regulated environment.

Identify and reach out to brands and customers who would benefit from Solink using a targeted, proactive approach. - Own the Full Sales Cycle:
From discovery and demos to pricing, negotiation, and close—you’ll lead every step with confidence and precision. - Deliver High‑Impact Demos:
Present Solink’s platform in a compelling way that speaks to each customer’s unique challenges and goals. - Hit and Exceed Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed quota, focusing on quality conversations and long‑term customer value. - Culture Champion:

Selling to licensed cannabis retailers or operators, especially multi‑store or enterprise groups. - Regulatory Awareness (Nice to Have):
Familiarity with cannabis compliance, loss prevention, and audit‑driven environments. - Cannabis Retail Background (Nice to Have):
Previous work experience in a cannabis retail or licensed operator setting.
- Undergo a criminal records check upon hire.
- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada.
- Willing to comply with Solink’s security policies and standards.
Salary range: CAD 118,537−140,000 in on‑target earnings (OTE), structured as 50% base salary and 50% variable compensation. Additional benefits include fully paid health and dental (no waiting period), a $500 health spending account, monthly wellness reimbursement, equity participation for full‑time employees, and opportunities for merit‑based advancement.
