As Canada’s largest Home Furnishings Retailer, The Brick is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to contribute to our expanding sales force. In this role, you will leverage your excellent communication skills and outgoing personality to assist customers through relationship selling. Collaborate with team members for both personal and collective sales achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with colleagues to meet shared sales objectives
• Assist customers in selecting the right products
• Stay informed about current product offerings
• Quickly build rapport and trust with customers
• Foster a positive shopping experience through teamwork
Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven capability to organize and multitask
• Availability for various shifts, including evenings
