The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Account Manager, Enterprise Sales to drive new business and manage strategic accounts through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You'll be selling a category-defining AI security platform into security, risk, and operations leadership at large enterprises — including direct outreach, channel-led opportunities, and partner-introduced engagements.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to company leadership. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle — from qualification through pilot, commercial negotiation, and signed contract — and play a central role in driving new revenue for the business.
The role is based on-site at our Etobicoke, ON office, with international travel as required to support customer and partner engagements.
What You'll Do- Own and close enterprise opportunities end-to-end, from qualification through pilot, commercial negotiation, and contract execution
- Manage and grow strategic relationships with channel partners and advisory firms to generate and progress pipeline
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with security, risk, IT, and operations leaders at target enterprises
- Lead complex deal cycles involving procurement, legal, IT security, and technical evaluation teams
- Develop tailored proposals, business cases, and pilot structures aligned to customer priorities
- Partner with leadership and technical resources to design solutions that fit each customer's environment and use case
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account intelligence in CRM
- Provide structured feedback from the field to inform product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions
- Represent Onside AI at industry events, partner forums, and customer engagements
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals
- Demonstrated success selling complex technology — security, AI, video analytics, IoT, SaaS, or industrial/critical infrastructure platforms preferred
- Experience selling into large enterprises with multi-stakeholder buying groups (security, risk, IT, operations, procurement)
- Strong understanding of channel and partner-led sales motions; prior experience working through integrators, brokers, or technology partners is highly valued
- Comfort navigating long, complex sales cycles and structured procurement processes
- Excellent commercial instincts — strong at qualification, negotiation, and closing
- Polished written and verbal communication; confident presenting to executive audiences
- Self-directed, organized, and effective in an early-stage environment with limited structure
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
- Experience selling into energy, oil & gas, utilities, or critical infrastructure verticals is a strong asset
- Bilingual (English/French) and international market experience are assets
- A senior enterprise sales role with direct exposure to a high-growth AI category and global enterprise customers
