Join Shift Technologies Canada as a Full-Time Outbound Sales Representative and leverage your skills in cold calling and client outreach. Support the growth of our AI software products.
This role focuses on conducting outbound prospecting activities while also booking qualified appointments and closing sales. We seek individuals with 1–3 years of outbound sales experience, strong communication skills, and a disciplined approach to meet and exceed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls, emails, and Linked In connections
• Qualify prospects and articulate sales messages
• Schedule meetings and close deals effectively
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
• Achieve weekly sales booking and revenue metrics
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of outbound sales or SDR experience
• Experience with cold calling and handling objections
• Strong English communication skills required
• Motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or automotive sales preferred
