As part of the Global Business Organization Education team, you will implement a cohesive sales growth strategy, directly supporting both Large Customer Sales and Global Customer Sales. With an emphasis on AI-driven coaching and effective B2B sales practices, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Your expertise in behavior change and sales enablement will be critical in transforming operational performance across the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage America’s H1/H2 learning roadmaps
• Oversee connections between global priorities and local sales needs
• Lead high-impact coaching initiatives and workshops
• Identify and close revenue-blocking skill gaps
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in business strategy or sales
• Experience in managing sales pipelines and complex GTM strategies
• Knowledge of AI tools for enhancing sales processes
• Certification in performance coaching preferred
