Become a key part of Graywood Developments as a Sales Representative, working on-site in Downtown Toronto.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for assisting in sales efforts through engagement with potential home buyers and maintaining strong communication with Realtors. This is a unique opportunity to thrive in the pre-construction and real estate development industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct sales office tours and greet visitors
• Develop relationships with Realtors for sales support
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and events
• Monitor market trends to optimize sales strategies
• Keep track of inventory and manage contracts
Requirements:
• Preferred Post-Secondary Education experience
• 3 - 5 years in sales for multi-family developments
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused with a willingness to help
• Ability to maintain organizational standards
