Your role revolves around closing deals and onboarding effectively.
As a Sales Executive at Rippling, your primary role will be to engage interested prospects without the need for prospecting support. You will expertly manage your sales pipeline within Salesforce, run impactful sales presentations and product demos, and closely work with our customer success teams to ensure new clients are satisfied. Earn your reputation by achieving high quotas and establishing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize Salesforce for pipeline management and revenue forecasting
• Run efficient sales calls with comprehensive product demos
• Consistently close sales to meet performance goals
• Develop expertise across Rippling products and the competitive landscape
• Collaborate with CSM to assist new client transitions
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of SaaS sales experience
• Proven track record of managing $1M+ annual quotas
• Achieved top 10% performance in past sales roles
• Experience in HRIS/HCM or selling security solutions
• Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced business environment
