Sales Manager – Infrastructure Solutions

Canada | Hybrid | Full-Time

A fast-growing infrastructure solutions provider is seeking a hands‑on Sales Manager to lead and scale a high‑performance sales team across Canada and North America.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who understands enterprise infrastructure sales, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and knows how to drive both accountability and growth within a sales organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience within VAR, distribution, MSP, or technology solutions environments and understands how to build pipeline, coach teams, and execute consistently in a disciplined sales culture.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives across North America
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and gross profit targets
  • Own forecasting accuracy and overall pipeline health
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and sales accountability cadences
  • Ensure CRM discipline, opportunity progression, and activity tracking
  • Support outbound prospecting and net‑new customer acquisition initiatives
  • Assist with strategic deal negotiations and vendor engagement
  • Coach and mentor sales representatives on deal strategy and execution
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top‑performing sales talent
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience within IT infrastructure, VAR, distribution, or technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of networking, servers/storage, cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure
  • Proven experience leading quota‑carrying sales teams
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations discipline
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot or Salesforce
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of the IT channel ecosystem including vendors, distributors, VARs, and MSPs
