Sales Manager – Infrastructure Solutions

A fast-growing infrastructure solutions provider is seeking a hands‑on Sales Manager to lead and scale a high‑performance sales team across Canada and North America.
This is a leadership opportunity for someone who understands enterprise infrastructure sales, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and knows how to drive both accountability and growth within a sales organization.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience within VAR, distribution, MSP, or technology solutions environments and understands how to build pipeline, coach teams, and execute consistently in a disciplined sales culture.
What You'll Do- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives across North America
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and gross profit targets
- Own forecasting accuracy and overall pipeline health
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and sales accountability cadences
- Ensure CRM discipline, opportunity progression, and activity tracking
- Support outbound prospecting and net‑new customer acquisition initiatives
- Assist with strategic deal negotiations and vendor engagement
- Coach and mentor sales representatives on deal strategy and execution
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top‑performing sales talent
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience within IT infrastructure, VAR, distribution, or technology solutions
- Strong understanding of networking, servers/storage, cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure
- Proven experience leading quota‑carrying sales teams
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations discipline
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot or Salesforce
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of the IT channel ecosystem including vendors, distributors, VARs, and MSPs
