Take charge of sales success as an Enterprise Account Executive us on managing sales cycles and closing deals without prospecting, thanks to our SDR and Marketing teams.
Rippling seeks an experienced Account Executive with 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales.
Your role will involve running sales calls, conducting detailed product demos, and achieving consistent quota attainment. Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team for seamless customer transitions while mastering our HRIS/HCM platform and understanding the competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce for revenue forecasting
• Conduct sales calls with presentations and product demos
• Achieve quota attainment and close business opportunities
• Develop expertise in product offerings and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with CSM for smooth customer onboarding
Requirements:
• 5+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS markets
• Proven track record of carrying a $1M+ annual quota
• Top 10% performer in previous sales roles
• Experienced in selling HRIS/HCM or security products
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment
