Drive partner engagement as a Channel Account Manager at Sys Aid, where you will build the activation playbook and collaborate with top ITSM resellers in North America. This role requires creativity and initiative to grow the channel.
Sys Aid is launching its North American partner channel from the ground up. As a Channel Account Manager, you will own partner relationships, run the engagement playbook from signing to first deal, and recruit new qualified partners. Your energy will be essential as you navigate the early stages of a dynamic program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage 15-25 partners in your designated territory
• Execute the activation playbook within 45 days
• Continuously classify partner portfolios for active engagement
• Recruit qualified partners quarterly to fill vertical gaps
• Generate partner-sourced pipeline and co-sell deals
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in channel sales or partner management
• Experience in B2B SaaS with technology resellers
• Proven success with revenue targets in partner networks
• Proficient with Salesforce for clean pipeline management
• Familiarity with ITSM is a strong plus
