Position: Inside Sales Associate at PICTON Investments
Become a part of PICTON Investments as an Inside Sales Associate, where you’ll drive investment fund sales and nurture relationships with financial advisors across Canada. This dynamic role supports our Retail Distribution team and promotes various alternative investment strategies.
At PICTON, we are looking for a driven candidate eager to contribute to client growth and sales success. This Inside Sales Associate position will involve close collaboration with a Vice President on executing sales initiatives, growing assets under management (AUM), and engaging with both new and existing advisors. Your success will be pivotal in expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and expand the network of financial advisors

• Collaborate with External Wholesaler on sales strategies

• Identify new opportunities within IIROC and MFDA channels

• Track advisor engagements accurately in CRM tools

• Attend team meetings and contribute to strategy sessions
Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business or related field

• 2 years in sales or business development in financial services

• Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC)

• Bilingual communication skills in French

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
