In this role, you will manage the CPG business, developing a comprehensive account strategy while building solid relationships with customers. Additionally, you will need to recruit and supervise technical representatives, while ensuring business objectives are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic plans for CPG brands' potential
• Achieve set sales and service objectives
• Supervise demo and technical representatives
• Attend sales meetings and communicate updates
• Support company policies for sustainability
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in the golf sector
• Industry knowledge regarding golf components
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
• Ability to influence and take initiative
