• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking and cold-calling

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and agents

Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma required

• Licensed Realtor in good standing with RECO

• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience

• Proven track record in pre-construction high-rise sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
