Lead sales onboarding initiatives as Modash's Sales Onboarding Specialist based in Toronto. Design effective programs that empower Account Executives to excel quickly.

Modash is on the hunt for a Sales Onboarding Specialist to craft a powerful onboarding system to ramp up new Account Executives. You'll be responsible for developing clear resources both for onboarding and ongoing enablement, ensuring every team member can deliver exceptional customer experiences efficiently.

Your role is pivotal in navigating our high-growth phase with proper training frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create an effective onboarding curriculum and pacing

• Implement tracking metrics for onboarding success visualization

• Identify gaps in existing resources and fill them

• Facilitate ongoing training sessions and feedback loops

• Ensure the sales knowledge base is current and relevant

Requirements:

• Experience leading sales onboarding programs

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS and consultative sales approaches

• Strong absorb-and-communicate skills

• Ability to operate independently and with initiative

• Interest in influencer marketing trends and the creator economy
