Overview
Support Manulife Financial's Affinity Sales Team as a National Sales Coordinator in a hybrid capacity based in Waterloo, Ontario. Utilize your organizational skills to facilitate effective sales and marketing operations.
As a vital part of our team, you will assist in achieving sales targets through comprehensive administrative support including managing Salesforce CRM data, processing invoices, and coordinating promotional activities. Your expertise will help build a productive workplace for our advisors as you also support their educational initiatives and engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM for data consistency
- Process and track expenses and budgetary reports
- Assist in organizing advisor meeting logistics and events
- Collaborate on email campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Prepare marketing materials for advisor presentations
- Post‑secondary education or comparable experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills in rapid‑paced settings
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training and events
