In this role, you will manage SOX approval processes, proofread sales documents, and facilitate contract distribution among various departments. Your organizational skills will shine as you maintain the Sales Tracking Log and assist in preparing impactful sales presentations. You will collaborate with Sales executives, coordinate client events, and handle expense processing efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage SOX approval for sales proposals and contracts
• Proofread and edit sales documents, ensuring accuracy
• Distribute signed contract proposals to relevant departments
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and materials
• Maintain and update sales contact lists regularly
Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in Office Administration/Business/Marketing
• 1-2 years of experience supporting sales teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and proofreading abilities
