As a Key Account Specialist in Ophthalmology, you will integrate your knowledge and experience to support healthcare practitioners across Toronto. This position requires 3-5 years in pharmaceutical sales and a strong understanding of the Ophthalmology field, ensuring excellent customer experiences through various channels, including face-to-face engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert knowledge to healthcare practitioners in Ophthalmology
• Develop strategic plans for territory resource utilization
• Maintain seamless communication with stakeholders via multiple platforms
• Capture daily call entries to enhance omnichannel capabilities
• Connect within Bayer for cross-functional support
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required
• Demonstrated experience in project and account management
• Business acumen to handle competing priorities
• Active team player with communication excellence
• Valid G driver's license required
