In this full-time position, you will be tasked with achieving exceptional sales performance and meeting financial goals within the aesthetic industry. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has a minimum of two years in specialty sales, particularly in aesthetics, emphasizing strategic thinking and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales performance metrics and brand KPIs
• Develop pre-call plans and assess post-call performance
• Build trusted relationships with key healthcare stakeholders
• Execute strategic call plans to enhance sales
• Share vital market intelligence with the team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Science
• 2+ years in Specialty Sales, ideally in aesthetics
• Proven sales track record with excellent presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced English proficiency;
French is advantageous
