In this full-time position, you will be a pivotal member of RBC’s Field Sales team. Your entrepreneurial spirit and business development skills will help you grow a new client base while ensuring clients receive tailored insights and solutions from RBC Insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate discovery sessions to understand client needs
• Network to build a new book of business
• Utilize technology for efficient client interactions
• Deepen relationships using Salesforce and compliant tools
• Achieve established sales targets as part of the team
Requirements:
• Over 2 years of sales experience necessary
• Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP) is required or must obtain
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities
• Valid Canadian driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Post-secondary degree or an equivalent qualification
