Key Responsibilities:
• Meet sales goals through targeted customer engagement
• Manage budget efficiently to support strategic initiatives
• Formulate and adapt territory plans based on performance
• Communicate product value clearly to healthcare providers
• Work alongside teams to implement customer-oriented programs
Requirements:
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• 3+ years in Key Account Planning
• Proven track record in specialty ophthalmology sales
• Background in biologics or biosimilars
• Experience with CRM platforms such as VEEVA
