RTS and Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking for a self-motivated Business Development Manager to enhance their sales team. You will leverage your business development experience to generate leads, conduct consultative sales, and build relationships with both new and existing clients.
Your role will also involve identifying cross-selling opportunities and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting
• Conduct consultative discussions to understand client needs
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
• Collaborate on marketing strategies and sales tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience
• Proven success in solutions-based sales
• High volume cold calling and face-to-face sales experience
• Project management and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi, and/or Haryanvi
Excel in a competitive sales environment while delivering tailored RTS solutions to boost customer success.
