Senior Business Development Representative

Responsibilities of the Senior Enterprise Business Development Executive- Generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting within mid‑sized, multi‑location organizations.
- Communicating ROI to business leaders and decision makers
- Research prospective accounts and tailor outreach based on business priorities, industry trends, and operational challenges.
- Build relationships with senior decision‑makers, including business owners, executives, and operational leaders.
- Identify challenges related to customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through consultative conversations.
- Schedule qualified meetings for sales team members and provide detailed context to support a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, pipeline progression, and engagement metrics within the CRM.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and target markets.
- Continuously test and optimize prospecting approaches, messaging, and industry‑specific campaigns.
- 1–3+ years of experience in a business development, sales development, or lead generation role.
- Experience selling a marketing product and demonstrating ROI
- Comfortable engaging and building credibility with senior business stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on personalized outreach.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to develop a career in sales.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospecting initiatives simultaneously.
- Results‑oriented, accountable, and motivated by measurable outcomes.
- Experience in B2B software, technology, digital services, or related industries is advantageous.

This role is hybrid 2 days a week in their office in Toronto. The team are offering up to $80,000 CAD for the right candidate, alongside a commission structure.
