As a New Agent Leader, you will report directly to the New Agent Director. Your key responsibilities will include developing agents, executing monthly sales strategies, and establishing effective marketing plans for growth. You will provide leadership, motivation, and coaching to ensure agents reach their potential while optimizing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard new agents with effective business plans
• Provide sales consultations and marketing support
• Aid agents in achieving targeted results
• Implement operational improvements to drive revenue
• Build community relationships to enhance marketing strategies
Requirements:
• Background in outbound sales; insurance experience preferred
• Must have or obtain an OTL license
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
• Ability to execute strategic business plans
• Commitment to excellent customer service
