In this vital role, you will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring each customer's expectations are exceeded. You'll engage directly with clients, managing inquiries and closing sales while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and dealership objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exemplary customer service throughout the sales process
• Conduct trade-in appraisals with the Pre-Owned Sales Manager
• Liaise between clients and management during sales negotiations
• Participate in showroom displays and off-site marketing
• Research product changes and industry trends regularly
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear Driver’s Abstract; valid Ontario G licence
• Two years of experience in luxury dealership sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets consistently
