Drive growth for ESET’s channel partners as an Inside Account Manager based in Toronto. Emphasize partnership and profitability in a hybrid work environment.
ESET is looking for an Inside Account Manager to enhance collaboration with channel partners in Quebec and Eastern Canada.
Your role will be focused on maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, proactively reaching out to customers for renewals, and actively looking for opportunities to cross-sell and upsell. This full-time position requires strong organizational and communication skills to assist partners effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keep an accurate pipeline of business activity
• Engage customers for renewals and cross-sell solutions
• Assist resellers through the sales process
• Address channel partners' license inquiries efficiently
• Maintain detailed notes in Salesforce for all interactions
Requirements:
• Fluency in French, strong English skills required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales or account management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
• Flexibility for department needs
• Willingness to travel occasionally for partnerships
