Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new sales opportunities through cold-calling and networking

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and agents

• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape

• Collaborate with marketing and administration teams

• Ensure exceptional buyer experiences from inquiry to purchase

Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma needed

• Licensed Realtor through RECO in good standing

• Over 2 years of experience in real estate sales

• Successful track record in high-rise pre-construction

• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
