Key Responsibilities:
• Create strategies for local market penetration
• Lead personal sales pipeline development
• Achieve sales targets set by WTW
• Engage with H&B Teams for successful outcomes
• Promote WTW capabilities via profile building venues
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in H&B brokerage or consulting
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
• Effective independent client prospecting
• Ability to close new client deals
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Power Point
