As a key member of the Client Partner team, you will oversee a pipeline of warm leads in this dynamic, on-site position. Your day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and crafting tailored proposals to convert potential clients. Collaboration across departments ensures a seamless client experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Qualify inbound leads effectively to identify sales potential
• Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and opportunities
• Develop and present tailored proposals to prospects
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close
• Ensure smooth handoff into onboarding post-sale
Requirements:
• Strong client services and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple sales opportunities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Experience in inbound sales or client services
• Strong organizational skills for efficient workflow
