Join Blue Ant Media as a Media Sales Coordinator, driving innovative campaigns across broadcast, digital, and print platforms. Support sales teams and manage client relationships in a dynamic environment.
In this essential role, you will be responsible for the execution and management of media sales campaigns. This position emphasizes organization and motivation, ideal for someone with a background in media or advertising. Your work will include maintaining contracts, managing pre/post logs, and assisting in revenue-critical tasks such as invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage contracts and schedule changes
• Provide pre/post logs and post-analysis on campaigns
• Assist with proposal management and bonus fulfillment
• Create sales collateral and marketing materials
• Update client records and generate sales reports
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Media or Advertising preferred
• 1-3 years of media sales support experience
• Strong understanding of broadcast sales cycle
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
