As a Regional Sales Director, you will oversee the commercial strategy for all channels in Canada. With over 10 years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry and a minimum of 5 years in an international sales role focusing on Canada, you will be responsible for setting targets, analyzing sales performance, and executing go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute regional sales strategy focusing on volume growth
• Build and manage distributor and importer relationships
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Drive consistent execution of pricing and promotions
• Collaborate cross-functionally for in-market success
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• 10+ years in sales within alcoholic beverages
• Experience managing multiple distributors
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
Utilize your expertise in sales and distribution to lead Stateside Brands in expanding its footprint across Canada.
