Senior Account Executive, Consumer Electronics & Media

As a Senior Account Executive on our Consumer Electronics & Media team in Canada, you will leverage your industry background and experience selling advertising solutions to large advertisers and their ad agencies to grow and scale their business. Through client‑side and agency relationships, a consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising, linear TV and programmatic ad‑tech landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned brands or clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions to help meet—and exceed—your clients’ business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑level consultative sales to our agency and brand media clients.
  • Demonstrate internal leadership across account teams and partner groups.
  • Build and execute an overarching full‑funnel strategy from big ideas to analytical recommendations.
  • Create new relationships with clients at all levels within large advertiser organizations.
  • Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers.
  • Identify net new revenue opportunities from existing advertisers.
  • Understand Amazon’s display, video, and programmatic advertising opportunities and tools to build relevant advertising solutions.
  • Translate ad‑tech concepts (DSPs, programmatic buying, audience targeting, measurement) into business value for clients and agencies navigating complex media buying decisions.
  • Utilize Sales CRM tools to track pertinent account information, sales progress, and forecast to achieve quarterly quota goals.
  • Work a minimum of three days a week from the Toronto office and travel as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of digital media ad sales experience.
  • Experience closing sales and generating revenue.
  • 5+ years of technology‑related sales, marketing, or business development experience.
  • 4+ years selling programmatic or data‑driven ad products or platforms.
  • Experience working with and influencing senior‑level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
