Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to strengthen strategic partnerships within the Fertility sector. This full-time role requires a minimum of 5 years in specialty pharmaceutical sales, particularly in Reproductive Medicine or related healthcare environments. Your responsibilities will include executing strategic business plans, enhancing customer experiences, and supporting product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets through a consultative Key Account Management approach
• Build partnerships with Reproductive Endocrinologists and clinic stakeholders
• Develop strategic business plans for each account
• Conduct semi-annual Business Reviews with decision makers
• Deliver impactful product education and clinical demonstrations
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Key Account Management or specialty sales
• Experience in Reproductive Medicine or B2B healthcare
• Proven success with complex clinical accounts
• Strong strategic selling and consultative skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 15%
