The Well is seeking a Leasing Consultant to generate interest and achieve leasing goals in a dynamic environment. This position is perfect for individuals with at least one year of sales experience who are adept at building rapport with prospects and residents. In this role, you will highlight the quality of Rhapsody homes while ensuring exceptional service and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tour property and showcase community amenities to prospects

• Manage leasing goals for occupancy and rent growth

• Assist prospects in qualifying and processing applications

• Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move in

• Coordinate rental paperwork with attention to detail

Requirements:

• High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s preferred

• Minimum 1 year of related sales experience

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Yardi preferred

• Knowledge of social media tools and best practices

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
