In this full-time on-site role, you will convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings. With a focus on KPIs and sales goals, you engage customers in discussions about flights, accommodations, and travel insurance. Your ability to manage multiple communication channels and build lasting relationships with clients is crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert inquiries into sales through consultative conversations
• Work towards individual sales targets for commission earnings
• Sell comprehensive travel solutions including flights and tours
• Cultivate a loyal customer base, from domestic to international
• Utilize booking systems to manage client transactions
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ travel sales experience
• Proficient in Sabre GDS—preferred
• Proven success in a target-driven sales role
• Strong communication skills for face-to-face and phone interactions
• High attention to detail with tech-savvy capabilities
