Commercial Sales Manager Procore

Join Procore’s Sales team as a Commercial Account Manager, where you'll strengthen customer ties and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on mid-size accounts, whether in-office or remote from Toronto.
You will act as the primary representative for your territory and work closely with Inside Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Specialists. Your mission is to enhance product adoption and retention while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. A solid understanding of Procore’s offerings will enable you to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Work with teams to ensure customer retention
• Research and identify account champions
• Maintain sales forecasts and activity reports

Requirements:
• BA/BS or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of software sales experience
• Success in a consultative selling model
• Proven track record in inside sales
• Familiarity with online collaboration tools
