This Business Development role is focused on executing sales cycles from initial prospecting through candidate placement. You will collaborate closely with the Campaign Manager and Employment Consultants to enhance hiring connections and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute personalized outreach to generate hiring conversations
• Manage and optimize employer prospect lists using sales tech
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions with SMB employers
• Coordinate with teams for effective candidate placement
• Track key sales metrics and maintain data integrity in CRM
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields
• 2–3 years of outbound sales experience, particularly in SaaS
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Hub Spot or Salesforce
• Skilled at engaging senior-level decision-makers
• Strong strategic research and targeting abilities
