Position: Sales Travel & Entertainment Analyst Fidelity
Actively manage Sales T&E at Fidelity while processing travel and entertainment expenses. Utilize Concur and Salesforce for accurate reporting in a collaborative team environment.

Fidelity is seeking a Sales T&E Analyst to support its Sales teams by gathering and entering travel and entertainment expenses into Concur and Salesforce. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative background in sales. You'll build effective relationships within teams and create monitoring reports to assist the Sales T&E Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly travel and entertainment expense reports

• Liaise with Sales teams and internal departments

• Build monitoring and trending reports

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Over 3 months in an administrative role

• Knowledge of financial services industry preferred

• Experience with Salesforce is required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
