Responsibilities
  • Drive new business through cold calling, lead generation, and proactive prospecting.
  • Grow your territory by identifying new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Visit customers regularly to establish relationships, identify needs, and target solutions to produce optimum sales.
  • Present compelling automotive aftermarket product solutions and value propositions to industrial, fleet, and automotive businesses.
  • Manage orders, returns, quotes, and customer follow‑ups with precision and care.
  • Use CRM tools and sales processes to stay organized, track opportunities, and report progress to the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience in an automotive framework, preferably outbound or territory sales, with a focus on building strong business relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and industrial supply.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused approach.
  • Comfortable with technology, using CRM and catalog systems.
  • Experience in territory management and willingness to travel as needed, including occasional overnights.
  • Passion for learning, growth, and taking initiative in a competitive market.
