As a full-time Sales Operations & Administration Coordinator at Radiant Sole, you'll play a vital role in supporting the sales team with CRM administration, workflow management, and performance analytics. Your key tasks will include creating proposals and overseeing client follow-up processes to ensure seamless operation. This is an opportunity to enhance overall sales structure and client engagement in a premium hydronic heating company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Pipedrive CRM platform for accuracy
• Coordinate proposal documents and oversee revisions
• Schedule client follow-up activities and meetings
• Organize electronic sales files and documentation
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Support Radiant Sole's sales team with operational excellence in this critical role.
