Front Desk Sales Associate

Star Dance Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our students and guests while managing daily operations including class registrations, membership sales, and customer inquiries.

• Mondays to Fridays 6pm to 10pm
• Saturdays 1pm to 6pm

• Greet and welcome students, parents, and guests, creating a positive first impression of the studio.
• Manage class registrations, membership sales, and transactions with accuracy and timely processing.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, addressing concerns and providing information about studio offerings and policies.
• Promote and assist in the sale of studio programs, classes, and events to help achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain an organized and clean front desk area with all necessary supplies readily available.
• Collaborate with the management team and instructors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support marketing and social media efforts as needed.

• Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the dance or fitness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and point of sale systems.
• Passion for dance and a commitment to a welcoming experience for all guests.
