Pay range: $48,000 CAD to $62,000 CAD. Salary is determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. If the role is unionized, compensation follows the current collective agreement. Where applicable, this position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus plan.

Reporting to the General Managers, the Room Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team for both Le Germain Hotel Maple Leaf Square and Le Germain Hotel Toronto.

What you will do
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
  • Act as the primary contact for rooms-only groups—ensuring all group block details are accurate in the PMS, handling rooming lists, setting up billing, and ensuring all preparations are complete
  • Coordinate all signed contracts and ensure proper documentation
  • Follow up on invoicing in collaboration with accounting
  • Serve as the liaison between operations and sales teams, keeping all parties informed of key updates
  • Actively contribute to achieving occupancy goals and sales targets
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales
What you will bring
  • One or two years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Opera PMS is an asset.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities at once in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong sense of organization, planning and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, proactive and service‑oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Occasional availability on evenings and weekends, depending on event needs.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

The annual salary for this role is between 48,000$ and 62,000$, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
