This full-time role focuses on lead generation and sales activation within Group Retirement Savings. You'll work directly with clients, fostering relationships that strengthen their financial wellness while identifying referral opportunities across services. Your contributions will drive business growth and ensure a comprehensive approach to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Anchor clients to Retirement Savings and Financial Wellness programs

• Identify referral opportunities for Mortgage Assistance and Capital Loan Programs

• Champion RBC Group Advantage value proposition in the market

• Build relationships with senior managers across banking platforms

• Enable acquisition of recent Group Advantage Sponsors
Requirements:

• Strong prospecting and networking skills

• Excellent relationship-building capability

• Independent and entrepreneurial mindset

• Experience creating a referral network

• RPA or CEBS designation, or willingness to pursue
