Reporting to the VP of Sales & Distribution, Personal Segment, you will develop sales-force effectiveness strategies for both the SFR Mortgage and Reverse Mortgage teams. Your leadership will drive operational efficiency and boost productivity within sales operations. Collaborate closely with senior sales management and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights
• Build a high-performing sales operations team
• Develop operational strategies for mortgage and wealth solutions
• Manage sales processes, ensuring quality and consistency
• Produce essential sales metrics and business intelligence
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years in sales, strategy, or management consulting
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of CRM and analytical tools
• Proven leadership skills and operational efficiency
