This leadership role involves delivering engaging training sessions, mentoring your team, and managing schedules effectively to maximize sales opportunities. You'll play a key role in activation events, ensuring proper setup and dismantling of booths while driving performance to meet acquisition targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and conduct training sessions for Sales Representatives
• Strategically manage team schedules for optimal coverage
• Oversee setup and maintenance of activation booths
• Monitor sales performance and provide constructive feedback
• Generate sales through active customer engagement
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience and strong track record
• Leadership experience in a sales context
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
