As a Sales Associate reporting to the Manager of Sales Support, you will play a vital role in achieving sales goals within the defined territory. Your responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing events, processing marketing materials, and ensuring compliance approvals. This role requires strong collaboration and service-oriented skills to foster trust and effective partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm meetings for Investment Advisors

• Coordinate events, including seminars and webinars

• Respond to inquiries about products and procedures

• Obtain compliance approvals for donations and seminars

• Maintain data integrity in CRM (Salesforce)

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or related field

• 1+ years in a coordinator or sales support role

• Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset

• Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce

• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
