You will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence over a 20-month contract, enhancing sales enablement across Siemens Canada. Ideal candidates possess 4–5 years of relevant experience and expertise in Salesforce analytics and CRM systems, ensuring effective client engagement and organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and optimize CRM systems across sales teams
• Design analytical reporting for KPIs and performance
• Manage lead workflows to enhance sales effectiveness
• Coordinate market intelligence for competitive insights
• Support the Head of Sales in strategic initiatives
Requirements:
• MBA or advanced degree in related fields
• 4–5 years of progressive sales experience
• Expertise in Salesforce and advanced Excel
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
