Drive sales excellence with Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) as a Senior Sales Specialist. Engage with retail and vending accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout Ontario.
This key role focuses on executing comprehensive sales activities and managing relationships with various retailers. You’ll support the Senior Manager Field Sales in developing territory strategies and managing ticket inventory. Your ability to analyze market trends will help you recommend effective promotions, while you resolve issues swiftly to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute sales strategies across diverse channels
• Manage and merchandise instant ticket inventory
• Analyze customer profitability and ROI for terminals
• Collaborate on sales plans with account supervisors
• Implement solutions for retailer complaints
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of sales lifecycle experience
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel within Ontario
• Valid Ontario Driver's License and ability to lift
