Xtract One is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to streamline operations within its Toronto location. You will oversee sales data cleanliness, RFP coordination, and pipeline reporting. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring sales teams are optimized for success through accurate forecasting and process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure Salesforce records are accurate and up-to-date
• Assist in the coordination of RFP response packages
• Create reports and dashboards for sales tracking
• Aid in sales process workflow improvements
• Maintain oversight of renewal pipelines and quotings
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales operations
• Demonstrated Salesforce CRM proficiency
• Understanding of sales processes and analysis
• Experience with CPQ or CLM systems
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
